Membership FAQs

The online membership is perfect for anyone! You can access your account and the videos from anywhere in the world, anytime, from any computer and mobile device, including mobile phones, iPads, laptops, PCs or smart TV. 

Our videos great for those with beginner, intermediate, and advanced Pilates experience. We offer modifications to increase or decrease the intensity of the classes. If you are brand new to Pilates, we recommend that you try our FREE Pilates Mat class for beginners. If you have any serious limitations, illnesses or injuries we ask that you consult your doctor before trying any exercise and make sure you have approval that you are cleared to begin Pilates.

Once you subscribe you can access your workouts through the “Members” area (My Account) and play the videos anytime, anywhere at your convenience! The videos are in the “Video Library” and can only be accessed when you are logged in.

The difference between “On Demand” videos and the “Membership” …

On Demand videos are a one time purchase and you have access to that one video as many times as you wish to use it.

The Membership gives you access 24/7 to an array of videos to use at your leisure; anywhere and anytime as long as you have internet and a device that can stream, such as an iPhone, IPAD, Computer, etc. You also have access to the new videos, webinars, recipes, and seminars as they are downloaded.

“On Demand” does not give you that option.

Some on demand videos are different and not apart of the membership. If you’re already purchased an on demand video,  you will always have access to that video.

All you need is a mat, internet connection, and device to watch the workouts on! Sometimes we offer classes that use small props like 2 lb. hand weights and small squishy balls, but any household item can used such as 2 full-water bottles if you don’t have hand weights or you can choose not to use any equipment at all.

A “Subscription” is when you purchase either a monthly or yearly membership with us.  A “Membership” is what you become if you ever purchase a product, program, or login in to the “My Account” section. You automatically become a member so you can always see what you’ve purchased from our site.

Workouts range from 10 minutes to 45 minute long full body workouts. There are many options to choose to fit your schedule. Choose a quick 10 minute arm workout, focus on strengthening your core, reducing back pain, there’s even videos for rehabilitation and hyper- mobility.  Pick and choose the workouts to customize your own full body workout and use modifications to focus on form and to reach your personal goals. We also have classes that incorporate small props such as hand weights, resistance bands, magic circles, there are also videos using the springboards (can use a “Pilates Stick” for these classes) as well as the reformer.

We plan to post videos as frequently as we can get them filmed. Our summer months of May-September are extremely busy in the studio so there may be a little lull in posting during these months.

We offer a 30-day full-refund for members who signed up for the yearly membership plan. Contact us at kellyhughesroberts@gmail.com within 30 days to request your refund. Due to the digital nature of our content, we do not offer refunds for the monthly membership plans.

You can cancel your membership at any time. However, by cancelling your membership, you are forgoing any “locked-in” rate and if you choose to sign up again, your rate will be determined by the current membership prices.

You can cancel your membership  by logging in to your  account, selecting “My Subscriptions” from your profile dropdown menu.

Once you cancel, you will not be billed for the following month. After you cancel your membership, your login will remain active and your account will be set to expire at the end of your payment period. Once expired, you will no longer have access to the videos, resources, webinars, etc.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for our programs due to the nature of their digital content. We try and provide as much detail as possible about the programs to ensure that you get an accurate picture about what your program includes. MEMBERSHIP HOW tos

So, you’re ready to sign up? Here’s how to do it!

STEP 1: Find the right page (3 ways)

1) FROM THE HOMEPAGE: You can Sign up or Learn more from the homepage under membership (LEARN MORE or SIGN UP):

(The LEARN MORE button goes to the membership plans page giving a bit more detail about our plan options. The SIGN UP button goes directly to the shop where you can purchase either a yearly or monthly plan.)

2) FROM THE MENU: Hover over “MEMBERSHIP” than click on “MEMBERSHIP PLANS” to get detailed information about our membership program.

On the Membership Plans Page, you can click on “SIGN UP” button to be directed to the Sign Up page in the Shop (Step 2).

3) FROM THE SHOP: In the Menu, Click on “SHOP.” Scroll down to “Pilates Subscription Plans” and Click on the “SELECT OPTIONS” button to be directed to the sign up page.

 

STEP 2: SIGN UP

On the Sign Up page, choose your subscription Option in the drop-down menu. Then Click “Sign Up Now”.

 

STEP 3: SHOPPING CART

After you choose a Subscription Plan, you’ll automatically be directed to the shopping cart. Make sure your quantity is correct. You do have the ability to order more than 1 month at a time.  

 

 

STEP 4: CHECK OUT

Fill in your information and Billing Details. If you already have an account with us (purchased something previously), you can login by clicking the “CLICK HERE TO LOGIN” link. You will create an account password, which will be your login password. You will be emailed your login username.

We accept all major credit cards. 

There are 3 ways you can log into your membership account.

You can use your username (or email) and password to login. Your password is the one that you used when you signed up as a new member.
